    Set up your family's private workspace, add your athlete and select their sport, graduation year and position.

    Families can manage multiple athletes within one workspace.

    Step 2: Build Your School List

    Search the college directory, add schools you're interested in and create your personal ranked Target List.

    Reorder schools as your interests evolve.

    Step 3: Track Events and Recruiting Activity

    Record showcases, tournaments, camps, prospect days, college tours and official visits.

    Log coach sightings, conversations, emails, calls and other recruiting interactions, and link them to the college programs involved.

    Step 4: Stay Organized

    Create tasks and reminders for upcoming camps, outreach, forms and follow-ups.

    Use Recruiting History and the Calendar to see what's happened and what's coming next.

    Step 5: Review and Share Your Progress

    Review each school's recruiting history and export or email your ranked Target List to trusted recruiting advisors.

    Only information your family intentionally shares leaves your private workspace.
